- Licence to use website
3.1 You may:
(a) view pages from our website in a web browser;
(b) download pages from our website for caching in a web browser;
(c) print pages from our website; and

7.4 You grant to us the right to sub-license the rights licensed under Section 7.3.
7.5 You grant to us the right to bring an action for infringement of the rights licensed in Section 7.3.
- Your content: licence
8.1 In these terms and conditions, “your content” means all works and materials (including without limitation text, graphics, images, audio material, video material, audio-visual material, scripts, software and files) that you submit to us or our website for storage or publication on, processing by, or transmission via, our website.
8.2 You grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media.
8.3 You grant to us the right to sub-license the rights licensed under Section 8.2.
8.4 You grant to us the right to bring an action for infringement of the rights licensed under Section 8.2.
8.5 You hereby waive all your moral rights in your content to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and you warrant and represent that all other moral rights in your content have been waived to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8.6 You may edit your content to the extent permitted using the editing functionality made available on our website.
8.7 Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach any provision of these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may delete, unpublish or edit any or all of your content.

12.3 To the extent that our website and the information and services on our website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
12.4 We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.
12.5 We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
12.6 We will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database or software.

18.2 The exercise of the parties’ rights under a contract under these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.

19.1 Subject to Section 12.1, these terms and conditions, together with our privacy and cookies policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our website.

Design and build of Mobile-Responsive WordPress website
Website Workshop course
The website will be installed on your own server once payment has been received.
You will be responsible for all content text and imagery.
Unlimited Access to website editing tutorials. Instruction will include how to delete and add pages, how to add and edit content and blog posts.
This is NOT a bespoke web design service. The aim of this workshop is to provide you with a professionally designed website that you have the ability to make changes yourself
(Naturally, due to your brand styling, colours and fonts are chosen – the site will look very different from the demo sites) but the fundamental elements displayed on the demo site and it is these elements that you will receive.
Customisation will be taught in the workshop tutorials.
Additional customisation, such as extra functionality like memberships areas or SEO support, is available to purchase from Kathy after your Website Workshop is complete. If this is something you wish to discuss further, please contact us here.
Once your websites have been transferred to your own hosting. RST Website Workshops has a 7-day refund will policy which will mean RST Website Workshops will log in and delete the website off your server before any refunds are given. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and website, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with your website.
What is NOT included:
Domain & Hosting purchase – you will need to purchase your own hosting and domain and send the details of where your domain name is parked and also details of your hosting Cpanel to RST Website Workshops. You will need to change the nameservers is your domain name is with another company.
Alternative Website Themes – the WordPress theme in which we produce your site is ‘Divi’ and you will have a choice of 10 different templates to choose from.
Theme selection outside of these options is NOT included in the RST Website Workshops.
Once the website is transferred onto your hosting we do not retain the control of your site or theme choice and you can change your site to a different theme in the future.
Website Maintenance – once your website is handed ongoing backups, maintenance or upgrades will not be included. Tutorials on this are included in the tutorial area. If this is something you require we can provide this as an additional service. please contact us here.
RST Website Workshops will have a member’s area with training videos, resource worksheets and downloadable pdfs.
Copyright, Licensing: Fonts, imagery, textures, plugins, or any other assets, unless otherwise stated. We do endeavour to use free fonts, imagery, and symbols where possible.
As part of your handover, the Divi framework will be in place alongside the Divi builder. This enables you to use the website we have created for you without the need to purchase any additional licenses. Which means your website will remain the same despite any updates you choose to do. RST Web Design does not take any responsibility for your website once it has been transferred onto your own hosting.
